Senior Innovation Fellow at the University of Sheffield
James is a Senior Innovation Fellow at the University of Sheffield, and Director of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange at Sheffield Robotics. He holds a joint appointment between the Department of Computer Science and the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre’s Integrated Manufacturing Group (part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult). James is a roboticist with strengths in interdisciplinary research and knowledge exchange, and a PI/Co-I on awards totalling over £8M in areas spanning computer science, control engineering, psychology, and design.
